UX/UI List is a job board, combined with a personal AI-powered recruiter, Luna - made specifically for graphic and product designers who are looking for fully remote design jobs. Users can create a public profile, specify their job preferences, and have Luna match them with employers looking for their talent.

The Designer Directory allows you to opt-in to allow employers to discover your profile and skillset. You can show or hide your profile at any time.

Hiring managers want to fill their role as soon as possible. On most job boards as soon as they post, they're flooded with applications - the screening process takes a lot of their time. Luna is able to make thoughtful introductions to the hiring manager, so hiring managers don't have to spend as much time screening applications.
Introductions are made through email, similar to a human recruiter. When Luna finds a good match, you'll get an email and the employer will as well with your profile. If you both express interest, Luna will send an email to both of you to coordinate the next step.

Set your availability status on your profile (is_available = true). This enables a "Hire" button so employers can express interest.

Employers with valid accounts can message designers through the directory. You'll receive a notification and can reply from your account.

Gigs are posts discovered on third‑party networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Dribbble). Our system checks these sources regularly and enriches new posts before showing them to you.

New and updated gigs are scanned approximately every 10 minutes. Daily email digests go out at 8am with highlights for each user.

Yes. Add creative assets (images and links) to your profile to showcase your work. Include a few strong pieces so employers can quickly evaluate your fit.
